Hello, friends of
SourceHosting.net!
I hope you all had relaxing summer vacations this year and didn't
suffer too much in the heat. Now it's cooler and the leaves are just

focus on project deliverables again and make sure that your software
development process supports that effort.
Toward that end, did you know that SourceHosting.net not only
offers hosted
source code repository services, but also Professional Services to support your
development team's specific needs? The first article this month has
more information for you.
We're always ready to assist you with your development process
needs. Feel free to call us at 866-865-9227 or contact
us with feedback and comments.

Ask The Source |

Q: Hi Greg,
I accidentally checked in a
directory of files to my Subversion repository. I know I can
run the svn delete command on the directory, but that

my current working copy and future versions. Is there any way
to get rid of it for good?
A: Yes, the
svndumpfilter tool in combination with svnadmin
dump and svnadmin load can do what you want. Read on...
